Canoness Belnaia concept by muju Canoness Belnaia concept by muju
Some more stuff that i'm juggling along side the other ones. Will update as i attempt to not fail to finish it, most likely going back and forth with the rest

Opting for a more sleek power armor than the usual sororitas power armor i draw. maybe thats why it looks like dark eldar and the weapon is so retardedly stupid

might change it we'll see

The weapon idea is sound, it just doesn't have to be that bulky.

I actually like the whole concept, including the Impractical Weapon^^ It looks like she can kick ass and chew bubble gum, but is all out of the latter.

The weapon needs to be bigger and have more flaming chainsaws coming off of it.

This is great, I wish Games Workshop would commission you, bringing some new ideas into their game. That impractical weapon is just classic grimdark with a new twist.

The fittest canoness xD She almost has the same build as a DE wytch! Great concept, can't wait to see it finalized. Even so the sketch alone leaves it open for imagination ^_^

Whoah.

I'm not really a fan of all those "lady-fied" variants of the Angel-pattern armour with high heels and stuff, but the art itself is flawless as always. I also dig the heavy use of chains.

As for the weapon ... I dunno, I think the core concept has potential if you remove the silly bits limiting the teeth contact area at the tip. Kind of like a "chainsword-staff"? Normally still impractical due to redonkulous weight, but the servo-assisted power armour would enable the wearer to wield it like a normal double bladed staff/sword ... granted, historically the existence of these weapons is dubious at best, but they are very established in Fantasy, so why not port this over to 40k and GRIMDARKIFY it? ;)

Remove the chain bits and make the ][s heavier. It'll turn it into a massive blunt sacred weapon. In all honesty, the shape of the thing is pretty cool and fit very well with the armor design.

Or you could just give her a bolter. Anyhow, I'm loving the cannoness pauldrons on there with the fur lining... should totally get some fur on the boots too... Can't wait to see what the gloves looks like.

Hmm yeah, I could definitively see it go both ways. Double-chainsword or double-mace.

The fur is a nice idea. :3

I enjoy your more sleek look to 40K. Less bulky armor that looks primitive.
I dont much care for the weapon design though... hrmmm.. perhaps if you left off the tips (the pointer fleur-bits)? and have a small end an a larger end.
Something more , less-symetrical?
Would love to see you finish this, with same detail you completed face with! Hope to see it! ^ ^ Good stuff!

Maybe a large mace with the fleur-de-lis and the Inquisitorial 'I' on it or something would be a weapon of choice. The Sororitas like big, heavy weaponry with which to crush things with.
